Maxine Young Photography
Maxine started taking photos when she was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cameroon in the early 70's. It's impossible to be anywhere in Africa, for any period of time no less three years, without completely falling in love with the people, the animals, the varied landscapes. Now she lives in the Hudson Valley, full of eagles and the beauty of the river, with her South African husband. She hopes her photos are an expression of the beauty that she finds at home and wherever she travels.
